Kanegrade has a liquid blending and powder spray-drying facility at our headquarters in Stevenage, UK
BRCGS certificated
Kanegrade has a BRCGS Food v9 certificated facility with exceptionally high standards of hygiene for a facility of our type, our latest BRCGS grade being AA+ (2024-2025)
This comprises of heated liquid mixing vessels with Mettler Toledo weighing system, fully Atex prepared with LEV.
Liquid Blending and Spray-Drying
We produce liquid blends with batch sizes from 20Kg up to 1000Kg, with larger multi-batch orders possible.
We are also able to spray-dry small batches in-house, or use our partner factories where we manufacture powders up to batch sizes of 45 tonnes.
Re-packaging ingredients
We can also re-pack ingredients into different sizes, and also offer dilutions as well as custom blends.
With our QC and development laboratories located directly adjacent to production rapidly scale up from approved samples to production.
